Join us for the Community Service Projects - Zero Waste Task Force, a educational event aimed at promoting recycling right! Taking place at The Southwest Ranches Equestrian Park at 5840 SW 148 Ave, Southwest Ranches, FL, from August 31 to October 26, 2024, every Saturday. Zero Waste Broward Task Force invites community members to volunteer to educate the park users on the proper disposal in recycle bins or trash containers. The volunteers will work to inspire a zero waste mindset within the community. Together, we can make a meaningful impact, cultivate awareness, and contribute to a greener future. Event Terms and Conditions

Eligibility to Participate: Participation is open to all community members who wish to volunteer and promote recycling initiatives.

Registration Requirement: All volunteers must register in advance to ensure proper organization and coordination of activities.

Event Timing: The event will occur every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, starting from August 31, 2024, to October 26, 2024. Participants must arrive on time.

Conduct and Behavior: Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other participants and members of the community. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Safety Measures: Volunteers are required to adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during the event to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

Liability Waiver: By participating, volunteers agree to release the Zero Waste Broward Task Force and the event organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.

Personal Items: Participants are responsible for their personal items. The event organizers will not be liable for lost or stolen belongings.

Media Release: By attending the event, volunteers consent to the use of their photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy: In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to event cancellation, information will be communicated promptly to all registered participants.

Feedback and Improvement: Volunteers are encouraged to provide feedback post-event to help improve future initiatives and engagements.
