Set against the vibrant backdrop of Wynwood Marketplace, participants will not only have the chance to engage in physical activity but also connect with fellow professionals in a relaxed and festive atmosphere. Scheduled for October 29th, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, this event promises to deliver a thrilling experience as participants embrace the Halloween spirit. Join us for an evening of fitness, networking, and community collaboration, making this not just another run, but a path to connections and fun!

I understand that participation in the COMMUNITIES IN MOTION - RUN CLUB (the “Event”), involves physical activity including running and walking, which carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: slips, falls, collisions, weather-related conditions, dehydration, heat exhaustion, cardiac events, and other serious injury or death. I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the route and surrounding environment.
I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this Event and am physically able to do so. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers of this event, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event. This includes claims based on negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I understand that the organizers of this event does not provide medical personnel or supervision. I am solely responsible for my own health and safety and will seek medical attention if needed.
I understand that this is a casual, informal networking event and not a supervised race, training program, or professionally managed athletic event.
I grant permission to the organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the Event for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any organizers of this event from any claims brought by third parties arising from my actions during the Event.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By signing, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
