Participants release and hold harmless BRIDGE 501, the City of Miramar Sister City Board, its Sister City Committee, event partners, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, venue representatives, and participating organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, accidents, or expenses arising from participation in the event or related activities.
Participants assume responsibility for their personal property, health, safety, and conduct while attending or participating in the event. MIRAMAR Belize DAY is a community-driven initiative organized in collaboration with nonprofit and community partners. Unless otherwise stated, registrations, sponsorships, donations, and vendor payments are considered final and non-refundable.
Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of event organizers. Approved refunds, if applicable, may be subject to administrative or payment processing fees.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, BRIDGE 501 and its event partners reserve the right to modify event details, reschedule programming, or provide alternative accommodations where feasible.

MIRAMAR Belize DAY organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any portion of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public safety concerns, venue issues, government directives, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Registered attendees, vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and participants who choose to cancel their participation are encouraged to provide advance notice to event organizers whenever possible. Sponsorships, donations, and vendor commitments may remain subject to the event Refund Policy and any applicable agreements.
Event organizers further reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke participation if actions are determined to disrupt the event, compromise safety, or conflict with the mission, policies, or standards of the event and its organizing partners.

MIRAMAR Belize DAY organizers maintain the right to require vendors, exhibitors, contractors, performers, or participating organizations to maintain appropriate insurance coverage where applicable. Participants may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance or other coverage as determined necessary by event organizers or venue requirements.
Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance coverage related to their participation, including coverage for personal property, equipment, business operations, travel, or liability exposure.
