Indemnity:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event, including but not limited to, any injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Assumption of Risk:
Participation in this event may involve inherent risks, including—but not limited to—personal injury, property damage, and exposure to illness, disease, or food-related hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to participate at my own risk.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of Florida.
